A gentle space

I took the big block route home after spin. I was rewarded with a peaceful few minutes standing on the side of the road watching this.

Before spin I managed 4 wheelbarrow loads of soil mixed with compost onto the front garden. I try to avoid the new lawn because it's quite wet from watering and overnight rain during the week.

The Pearce Range on the council strip is just a small hill of soil now. I'll shift the rest in the weekend. I've shifted all I can to where the vege pots were. I'll mix the rest with compost and put it on the front garden. It's amazing how soil settles and suddenly the level is noticeably lower.

Today's gratitude: For tonight's dinner that was in the fridge. All I had to do was heat and eat.
