Hoi An

We took a wander down to the riverside at Hoi An and grabbed a bit of lunch - spring rolls (standard order) and White Rose (a Hoi An speciality) looking out over the tourist boats. The women sit on the pavement calling out "Wanna boat? One hour?" while the fellas snooze or read the paper waiting for the trade to be dragged in. We were pleased to see that a decent flow of tourists were doing the decent thing and having their one-hour tour. We declined feeling a bit "boated out" and wanting to further explore the town...
