Squares #15&16

We had a fine bright morning after some overnight rain. Buds are just beginning to open and there is a definite promise in the air. Although , the Howgills have a good covering of snow, and more is forecast for tomorrow.
I managed to stitch up these two panels for the memory quilt, but I will put it aside for the moment as I must quickly put together a welcome home map of the world quilt for Andrew and Katie, they are just off to New Zealand and home in four weeks! That has flown by!!
