Waiting for the show

Lovely relaxing day - lunch at the campsite bar with the Spanish arm of the family before driving to the other side of Madrid to watch our niece in a dance contest. We’ve now been queuing for 2 hours and still no sign that we will be inside anytime soon! The contest was due to start at 7.30 - hmm think it’s running late! there are 30 groups and our nieces group is #22 to perform. Suspect we may not wait till she’s on as her 6 year old brother is currently getting a little bored!

However it’s bern interesting watching the way the Spanish queue - not like us Brits - no hassle when people come and go.

So the blip is of camper van salt and pepper shakers we bought when we started caravanning but until today had never been out of their box.
