Parkrunday

275 people took part in the Lytham Hall 5k park run today. I was feeling a bit off first thing this morning and took 11 seconds longer than last week. It's a shame I didn't make a bit of an effort at the end, but I didn't think I was anywhere near last week's time so didn't put in the sprint. 

Lytham Hall is said to be the finest Georgian house in Lancashire. It is a grade 1 listed building. It dates back to the 12th century and is set in 80 acres of parkland.
