The Not So Ugly Duckling....................

........................not quite in focus but I only managed to get two pictures of this Duck because she was being bullied by about a dozen others ! - the second picture was worse! I have never seen another of this colour but she is so pretty, which was not appreciated by the others and was, obviously, the odd one out, poor thing. She had a very sad look about her. Have consulted my "bird book" and am none the wiser.

Weather is very dull and cold - though not as cold as it has been and there is no wind.
