Today was a day of rediscovering myself- what I really love to do on a Sunday. A walk to a morning grocery trip- nice and quiet at the store. Enjoying the cold rain on my face as my legs carried me briskly along. A short bit of time with a beloved friend. Getting Miss A ready for her dance recital, solving a few last minute disasters with calm and ease. Watching her dance- so proud of how far she has come in the past three years. Home to make a nice hearty dinner and two batches of cinnamon rolls to take to work tomorrow. As I was in the kitchen listening to music, calmly rolling the cinnamon rolls, it struck me that this is what I love to do on a Sunday.

Then a few minutes ago I caught Miss F in complete wonder of the tree. I hope she never loses that.
