Eschscholzia

Late start to the day. Not so much for me but Mother slept until 8.45am which is very late for her. Neither of us slept well last night as it was very warm and muggy.

Coffee out after breakfast and some unpacking done. There is a gentle soaking rain falling but it is far from cold - 24C - and we sat in the car with the dry side windows open enjoying the coffee, the view and the antics of the seagulls who seemed to think we had food for them...ever hopeful as always.

Took some nice images of ripples and agapanthus from the car but on returning home the eschscholzia were burning brightly in the moist warm light and I just had to send some shine out to you all. Enjoy...
