Not a puppy!

Yes, there are about 20 photos of Lottie to choose from today, but I liked these orchid flowers.  While we were away looking at orchids in Madeira, our own plant at home got a bit too dry, and as soon as I touched it, all the flowers fell off.  

They seem to be surviving in a tray of wet sea glass.  They are such beautiful flowers, it would have been a shame to just throw them out.

The joys of living with a tiny puppy continue!  Everything that could possibly be chewed, has been chewed, and plenty that couldn't!  We had several sessions of playing and running round in the garden between the hailstones and sleety showers and she's definitely going to be an exploring outdoor dog!  She may be small, but she's no lap dog!
