Ali and Jackie...

Jackie was the lady I first spoke to, over a year ago now, and encouraged me to give the gym a trial run.

Ali took a Fit for Life class this morning, which I actually enjoyed and will commit to on Thursday mornings.

Chris the owner of Empowered Gym, was busy giving a personal session and I didn’t want to interrupt him for the photo. Monday begins with a Core class led by him.

They are all great people and so encouraging.

This afternoon has been less active.....
