The Inner Child Awakens

The weather was not looking at all promising this morning so we changed plans from a walk in a wooded valley to a visit to the Eden Project.  We last visited when Rachel and Stuart were at school so that must be over 15 years ago. A lot has changed since then! 

The domes are as we remembered, but we both really enjoyed some of the art instalations which illustrate the messages the projet aims to promote.   One of these is Infinity Blue - based on cyanobacteria.  I was fascinated by the reaction of the viewers, almost every adult just stood in wonder and then started taking photographs - children were largely unimpressed!

My main blip is of Gill watching one of the smoke rings drifting toward her,  in the extras, one of the whole thing and a panorama of the domes.

Not a cheap day out - but very interesting all the same.
