Where has the beach gone?

Due to the extra large moon, the low tide was extreme, to say the least, at Teignmouth today.
There is a lot of controversy about dredging and dumping of sand and sediment from along the coast. Many people are very concerned about the effects on our local beach.
The 'beach' was a very sorry sight and not at all enticing.
I have applied a low light filter (in honour of the full moon) to try and make the image more interesting. Not sure that I've succeeded!
