Diary of an Edinburgher

A bucket...

The lads arrived about 9am, and left one of the chaps to cut the hole in the wall between the bathroom and the back bedroom. Lots of noise and dust, so Archie and I departed for a quiet coffee at the cafe. JR was at the gym (of course), but joined us after her session (and shower). After that she took Archie for a big walk round the Duck Pond and through the paddock. (Photo by JR).

A new dropped (part) ceiling to facilitate the LED down lighting has been built, which looks groovy. We now have a toilet, but no cistern. But we do have a bucket, and the lads kindly left it filled up. It’s going to be SO NICE when everything is functioning normally... Peter painted the walls in the kitchen.

JR went into town to pick up a wee item she'd ordered, and to put a bunch of flowers at the mosque.
