A Silhouette at Sunset

I dragged Lisa out to the water an hour before sunset, and her favorite swing was occupied...so she had to stand up with me. 

I focused on this blue-on-orange heron, taking several pictures of her...and waiting for takeoff. At last...she co-operated. Beautiful wing-span, quite graceful for such a big bird.
