3-legged mystery man

I had an appointment today so another excuse to find blips around town. I like the first extra of the boats moored at the dock better than the main blip, but I couldn't pass up a 3-legged mystery!
2nd extra: the daffodils just poking up through the snow, taken this morning. G moved some of the snow off the raised bed of garlic. It's still icy  under the very top layer of snow.
