9.39am.
I managed to get to the pool today ( in water by 8.25am) the 1st time in 3 weeks. It was so cold 5%c and the water was as bad too! It becomes more of a struggle as the weeks go on I'm becoming quite unsteady when I get out of the pool, a warning to be careful hey?
Today's blip shows how cold/ windy and wet it was , then about 4pm it improved a bit tho' still dull.
A friend came for lunch , smoked salmon and cream cheese Sandwiches were yummy. Then tonight was the 1st of our Lent course, looking at " The Kings Speech" very thought provoking.
