Bad blip day

Forgot to take a photo at all until it was almost time to eat - so apologies for emergency blip of food. The only faintly interesting thing about this dish is that it is a hearty minestrone cooked entirely in the oven (everything in one pot, lid on, 50 min at 200 C). It was remarkably good.....
