No jacket required

The sun was wonderfully warm for my afternoon dose of vitamin D in the guise of a 40 minute walk around campus and the plateau with its beautiful view of the Bosphorus and glimpse of Arnavutkoy and the Asian shores of Istanbul.

An evening of rugby on TV - well done Wales and England. Almost felt sorry for the Italians - you have to admire the way they just keep on coming back for more. If at first you don't succeed .....
