The Church of St Issui
The Church of St Issui is in the remote village of Partrishow in The Brecon Beacons National Park, South Wales.
A church has been on the site since 1060 with the existing building dating from 14th century. The rood screen (see extra) carved in 1500 is the finest in the UK. It has some paintings from the middle ages (see extra) of The Doom Figure (Reminding us that in time all of us must be cut down and die) and The Decalogue (Ten Commandments) also shown in the extras.
