A hidden treasure

Today we revisited our neighbour's Ammonite collection last blipped here.  This time he was anxious to show us some that had been discovered in Madagascar with their exceptionally beautiful patterns (main and 1st two extras).  These specimens must be cleaned and polished before leaving the country thus providing employment for some of the island population.  The third extra is of some found in Yorkshire and the last one is just a very tiny  section of wall covering!
