Daffodils opening
I managed to get out between rain showers to blip these daffodils, Ice Follies, as they're opening up. Their colour is very attractive - much paler than the traditional daffodil yellow, and this has the effect of lightening the border they're in. As ever, I've underestimated the shallowness of depth of field at this focal length/aperture, so the foreground flower seems slightly out of focus. I'll think I'll have to get back to basics and memorize some dof data. Trying to see it in live view is a bit hit and miss.
