More Miles

Hoping it'll last but I'm actually getting up a looking forward to a run at the moment. A run up and around St Ives this morning, and as we'd started from my friends in Bingley, we had a quick trip to the gym for a sauna after making for a pleasant start to my Sunday. The weather's been pretty awful for most of the afternoon so I had a happy few hours sewing.
