Frozen Aire

Without the wind today it was still cold but a far more pleasant day to be out, not that the rest of the family were bothered! My camera was all the company I needed on this mornings woodland, canal and river walk.

I did get the kids out for some exercise at the pool this afternoon after making chocolate orange brownies with C. Needed to do a few lengths to earn one of those! I even got C doing lengths which she doesn't normally do with J there. I've invented a game to encourage her chase the swimmer, when the swimmer is a suitable distance down the pool, (varies according to their speed) she has to try and catch up with them. We kept it a secret though!
