Cambridgeshire - just passing through

I drove to work today with a car full of weekend away stuff.

Work felt busy, but I managed a nice lunch break with James. The weather was still quite nice, although cooler than it has been. We went to a cafe on Magdalen Street which was bustling and quite trendy, where we sat and chatted for an hour over a cup of tea and coffee.

A short afternoon and I left at 4. Drove straight to the middle of Cambridge, then sat on a double yellow line, next to the police station on Parkers Piece for 15 minutes waiting for Mollie's National Express bus to arrive. They came in at 6. From there we drove to Melbourn to drop in on John and Win. Here Win is showing Josh the old money box, and feeding him a penny or two. A cup of tea and chat then back in the car to Hoddesdon. Poor Mollie and Josh had been travelling since 11 this morning.

At mum's, we cooked our Tesco takeaways, and will be heading to bed very soon.
