Out in The Weather again for some more miles in the legs, The Meldons were looking pretty splendid this morning.

Later on, I dragged the telly and the Now TV box into the kitchen from the bedroom so I could keep up with the World Track Cycling Championships from Poland whilst I cooked tea. I can see no reason whatsoever to move it back 'til its over.
