Sparkling!

Another fantastic day - we're going to miss this weather when it's gone. 

The roses are pruned, and the clematis.  I even tidied up a couple of small borders.

I forgot all about photographs till late in the day, and the first thing my eye fell on was the kaleidoscope I bought TM for our anniversary.  Getting a shot of the patterns it makes was a bit challenging - the one above was taken with my phone lens held against the eye piece. I could have done with a third hand.  There's a shot of the business end in the extras - it's a strange-looking think but what it does is magic!
