Glasgow from on high!

In Glasgow this morning meeting L and a friend for coffee. After a lengthy seat and chat in Princes Square we parted company and I headed to the Lighthouse, Scotland's Centre for Design and Architecture. The building which was opened and renamed in 1999 was the former offices of the Glasgow Herald newspaper.

It has been such a beautiful day .... sunshine and clear blue skies .... a climb up up the Mackintosh Tower was a must for wonderful views across the city.
