Wales in February

We spent the morning driving to our destination for the next few days - Lake Vyrnwy in mid Wales - always scenic but today with the bluest of blue skies, pretty spectacular. We are treating ourselves to a short break at the Vyrnwy Hotel, set on the hillside above the lake. On arrival we joined a number of people having lunch - many in short sleeves - on the balcony. After that we had a walk into the hills behind the hotel where we saw Buzzards and a Raven (see extras).
