Not The First

….and probably not the last crocus shot you will see this year.

This little group is growing at the base of the tree in our front garden. They are really wide open today - earlier they had some sunlight reflected onto them from the glass in our front window and they seem to have responded!

Shopping trip this morning and catching up on laundry chores - stuff seems to be drying outside, but it would be nice if there was a little breeze to blow the clothes around a bit!

Took Finlay out for his walk and, as yesterday, after about 15 minutes he was really struggling for breath. Just a small rise in temperature and he is uncomfortable. His hopping gait makes getting about hard work - I will have to go back to walking him very early in the mornings when it is cooler.


Think I have finally caught up with reading journals from the past few days….
