Silver and white

The white blossom if the blackthorn has come out in the hedgerows this week, very suddenly. Together with a silver birch, it looks good against the brilliant blue sky of yet another lovely spring day.
I was down on Bookham Common, to enjoy the sunshine and find a photo. I was stopped by a lady with two dogs, and she asked me what had happened to my pet! She had mistaken my trailing camera strap for a dog lead. I showed her the camera and went on to tell her all about blipfoto. She had heard of us and was going home to explore the site. Who knows, maybe another blipper on the way!
Back home, I at last finished the jigsaw (see extra). So it didn't take me until Christmas after all!
