Eat your pudding

I woke up at midnight last night and was throwing up for over an hour. I don't know what I had eaten or drunk but I felt like s**t this morning when I got up.

I still went to work though as I'm away for a couple of nights on a team build thing which I am not looking forward to.

Suprisingly I actually enjoyed work today before I went to our team build thing at our companies training centre.

At the training centre I had a quality meal. However my mate Colin (tubs) didn't finish his chocolate pudding (pic), we were all shocked. Normally Colin is first in the que at work if someone brings in doughnuts for their birthday.
