Swanning about

Another early Sunday start at Petersfield Heath and, again, it was well worth the effort as there was lovely light and mist on the water, and the birds were up to all sorts. Impossible to remember all the species present but the highlights were: black swans (still there so hopefully they're staying), mute swans, Canada geese, Egyptian geese, coots, moorhens, grebes (courting but, frustratingly, behind some reeds), gulls, mallards and a cormorant.

Now to take the dogs for their walk.
