Celebration.....

.....along with my cousins and mum we celebrated my aunt's 80th.

My aunt wanted a small family celebration, just being together, out to dinner and enjoying cake. She is a keen gardener and would've been a florist had she been allowed, but back in the day it was out to work once leaving school until you were married, how times have changed. 

My aunt was taken aback with her cake, all edible including the trowel and tasted divine! It was her down to a 'T'. We had a wonderful time just being together, the way my aunt wanted it.

Sunday.....a glorious day, sunny sky, calm sea, a great day for a road trip to Opotiki and being together for a celebration, a day to remember with much love.
