Having replenished the bird seed and suet blocks at the weekend, this squirrel decided to make an appearance this morning! Happily chewing away at the suet blocks .......

Long conversation with AJ this evening, still delays with the move. It appears the last issue to be resolved relates to her purchaser. Long story short - The block of flats are managed by a company, there is some structural/extensive repairs required to on of the flats and the policy is to share the cost across all flats. The management company are waiting to hear if the repairs can be covered by the building insurance (ie no charge to the flats owners). The purchaser of AJs flat has been advised by the solicitor to find out the potential cost involved - take into account that the purchaser already owns more than one flat and as a consequence will have the charge “n”-fold to pay out! I’ve sent an email to estate agent/solicitor expressing frustrations!
