WI

Today started early for me and Lili - a planned trip to the Vets for a blood test but needed to get through the morning traffic (testing to see if there is an issue with malabsorption as she is losing weight/not putting weight on). She was not impressed but happy to eat her breakfast when she got home. :)

Back to an old routine for me today - it has been many months since I attended a regular monthly meeting at the WI. Today they had a talk from Berkshire Search and Rescue, a charity organisation covering the whole of Berkshire working with the Police to help find missing people. Here are two of the dogs from the organisation - beautiful.

This afternoon, my sister and I visited mum for a review of her care needs. They are caring for Mum very well, we are very happy as a family. They are now having to use the hoist more as she is not always able to weight bear. Every now and then Mum would laugh - still joining in in her own little way :)
