Early blip today! Spring has arrived.

It was a pleasant morning when we set off on our 3 mile circular walk. Stephen remarked how much better I am walking these days. I walk fairly briskly now. 
It helps that I wasn't wearing my heavier walking coat, with the weather being so mild. 
There were bursts of watery sunshine, interspersed with increasing cloud and a fairly stiff breeze. 
Extras of two of my lovely hellebores. 
 Alongside our usual path  crocuses, snowdrops and daffodils were in abundance. My favourite hidden patch of aconites is in full bloom.
Just after lunch I had to rush out into the garden and bring in the washing, due to a burst of rain. 
The sky is now almost a uniform grey. I am glad that we went out earlier.
Time for a coffee and whilst I finish my French novel in readiness for Book Club which will be here next week.
Who knows, maybe I will be able to persuade them to let me take a photo for Blip!
