Knot of Wood.

Below 0 for the ride in. Not icy, but frosty. Hardly a breath of wind. The sun even makes an appearance before I reach the office.

Not much catches my eye, so I decide to take a shot of this knot of wood in a fence because I liked the texture. The wood is grey from weathering. Plus it's nice to take a break from taking photos of the Pentlands all the time.

A light breeze for my ride home, but not freezing.
