Iris

A glorious spring-like day saw me stopping off at RHS Wisley on my way round the M25 to Mum's.  I had rationalised that as half term wasn't until next week, it would be quiet, and I would have a chance to review the "Lego Safari" in the glasshouse ... ha!  It was heaving with young Mums and Grandparents with pre-school kids and buggies!  I did manage to get round the exhibition, and must admit the animals were pretty impressive, including the baby Zebra in extras.

Away from the crowds the gardens were showing signs of coming to life, and there was an abundance of snowdrops and the wonderful miniature iris of my main image.
