Mount Maunganui

Staying near to the beach just outside Mount Maunganui. Evening walk back along the shore after dinner. In the distance is 'the Mount' which is a Rhyolite (lava) dome created about two to three million years ago. Earlier we viewed an outdoor photographic exhibition on the Tauranga waterfront (extra).
