Bare Branches Against a Blue Sky

It's always strange to come home from Florida to Michigan. On Tuesday, I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Today, I was multi-layered (with gloves). On Tuesday, it was 70F. Today, it was 26F. On Tuesday, I took a 3 mile walk. Today, I struggled to walk a half-mile...struggled because the sidewalks are covered with ice. On Tuesday, the sun was actually producing heat. Today, (although it was pretty) the sun was not working.

Such is life. Warm and cold. Tomorrow, grandson Merrick's basketball game.
