The Beach Artist
I've had a very busy day today - for a change! But it's been great - it started with a physio appointment at 9.30am, and then I went to Elif's shop to do another photo shoot, of her, not the shop, home to change and then back out to catch the bus into town.
I met Chrissy on the bus and we had a table booked at The Ivy for lunch with Jan and Sue. We popped into a couple of shops before bumping into Sue and then we went and got our table and waited for Jan to arrive. The Ivy is an amazing place, and we had a really nice lunch - great food and company!
Unfortunately Chrissy realised her phone was missing, so I tried phoning it, it was ringing out but no-one answered and it went to voicemail She went back to the few shops that we'd been in, but no-one had handed it in, so she went to 02 and they've now cancelled the number. As she had a lot to sort out, she decided to call it a day and head home, and as it was already 4pm, I decided to stay in town and head down to the beach to watch the murmuration. I messaged the ladies from the Brighton Skies group to see if anyone was around, and ended up meeting up with a few of them which was nice.
Tonight Alan's gone to Coventry, and no, I haven't sent him there lol! He's going to a show at the NEC in Birtmingham tomorrow, so booked a room so that he's nearby tomorrow. I've spent the night editing photos from today and decided on the beach artist as today's blip. I love the light, and his paintings are pretty good too!
Anyway, I'm off to bed now, but hope you all have a great weekend!
