Mincemeat Pies!

I was going to blip mincemeat pies, with homemade pastry no less, but I'm afraid it was another gorgeous day so the view won!
It was a lovely bright crisp day and the sun was out so you've just got to take full advantage of that. There's more pastry waiting in the fridge so you'll probably see pies by the end of the week anyway!
The to do list appears to be growing on a daily basis despite working on it all day, how does that happen?
