Beauty is all around us.

Frosty Photos of Rishton.

I am waiting in for the man to fix the dryer, but earlier I went on a blip walk to capture some frosty moments beside the canal. It all looked incredibly beautiful. The collage includes a photo of the Rishton Christmas tree beside the library.
I threw pieces of bread roll to the ducks on the canal, but not one of them went for it.
They were sitting in a semi- contented- looking group on the frozen canal.
The sun is glorious and the temperature -1c but it feels like -4c. Really freezing!
In one sense if you are well wrapped up, it feels envigorating and energising.
I prefer this kind of weather to dull, damp, dreich days.
Dryer service man will take the washer dryer away and bring it back fixed on Wednesday.
Yippy! Towels that are radiator dried look like they have been left out on a frosty washing line. I yearn for a soft fluffy warm towel.
We only have a small narrow backyard so we dry everything in the house.
Happy Tuesday.
