Relaxing

After a couple hours of paddling, but still at sea, I needed to stretch out and relax. Nothing like a float for that: the water supports me and I can relax completely. I often think about telling my yoga students to imagine floating in the ocean when they're relaxing in Savasana, but it's possible that some are afraid of water. Plus, it's unlikely one would think about doing this in Bellingham Bay!
