Grevillea style

It has been raining this morning, so I wandered around outside with a macro lens trying various raindrop-added subjects. This grevillea seemed to come out the best.

I spent some time (while it was still raining) trying more cactus macros, but nothing looked good. As a bonus, though, I discovered that a number of plants I thought resistant were infested with mealy bugs. So they are going to have to go outside for treatment as soon as it dries out a bit. The succulents don't seem to get badly damaged, but if they are hosting the insects, I need to get rid of them from all the plants. A big job!
