Bonny

One of them days where not much happened and not much got done. SLOWSLOW sums it up really.

I dunno about light trails, I'm not generally keen. I've gone over two years without doing one and I've got the phrase 'the last refuge of the creatively bereft' running round my head as well, but it was either this (on the way to the post office) or my daughter on her bike (on the way home from school).

Trip out in the evening tho' to see Seven Psychopaths. It was alright, a great cast but pretty all over the place. It was almost like the studio had said to writer/director Martin McDonagh, "Hey Martin, we loved In Bruges. Can you do us something like that, we'll give you some bigger star names and more budget, you can even have a hip, Tarantino-esque soundtrack if you want. You don't have to worry about the script too much if you don't want to, as long as it makes us some money and makes us look hip and credible. And it's like In Bruges. Did we mention that? And, if it seals it, and you really want him, you can bring Colin Farrell with you as well. You want Colin, you got Colin, you're the talent baby, let's all make some money. And, make it like In Bruges. Again."

Here's a bit of music from the movie, no static would definitely approve.

[Just watched Mark Kermode's review of the film, and it pretty much mirrors my thoughts.]
