Stripey

Did a bit of work this morning followed by a 4 mile run and a walk round town where I liked the way the light was coming through the scaffolding on the new council house.
Unfortunately I seem to have somehow tweaked my knee at the Nuneaton xc and even just walking round town to get loads of cards and presents for Christmas absolutely nothing was actually quite uncomfortable after that 4 miles.
Think I'd better rest it for a while.

Oh hang on I'm in the Telford 10k on Sunday!
