It’s pouring in Paradise

We left the ship today in Point le Pitre in Guadaloupe. It’s the dry season but not today! Before we left the deck was flooding and you couldn’t see the port for low cloud.
As we had the whole day to kill before our evening flight , we booked into a lovely little guesthouse so we could relax before our flight. There was no way we could have spent the day out in the pouring rain.
Shortly before we came out here , I learned that the BBC show ‘Death in Paradise ‘ is filmed in Guadaloupe. There would certainly be no filming done today!!
