Stairway to Heaven?

I don't think so, it's not a very uplifting shot today I think it's too dark and sombre, it's had to be a quick blip today as I had things to do. These steps run from the courtyard in front of Holmfirth Parish Church (yet another) and lead up to narrow winding streets and alleys - the style is typical of the town which is built into the hill side. 

I went to my first Pilates class since our holiday today and I really know about it;  my legs felt like jelly when I'd finished even though the physio took into account that I'd had a month off  -  I think a long soak in the bath is called for.
