About time too

I started a course in British Sign Language in September 2017. It was something I've always wanted to learn and was spurred on to do it as part of my '50 things to do before I'm 50' list.

It was quite a commitment whilst working and running book club and my knitting group but I managed to last the 34 weeks.

The exams were awful, nerves definitely got the better of me, but I passed all 3 aspects of the Level 1 qualification in June last year.

It's only been 7 months but today my certificate finally arrived! I've probably forgotten how to sign now!
